How do I reset my password?
On the login screen, tap or click "Forgot Password" and enter your email address. You'll receive a reset link within a few minutes.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Web subscribers can cancel via Account Settings → Subscription. iOS subscribers can manage their subscription through Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on their iPhone.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — all iOS subscriptions include a 7-day free trial. No charge until the trial ends, and you can cancel any time.
I purchased on iOS but my web account doesn't show as subscribed.
iOS and web are separate billing tracks. Your iOS subscription gives you full access in the app. If you need web access, subscribe via lanistr.com.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings → Delete Account in the app or web dashboard. Account deletion is permanent and removes all your data within 30 days.
Why can't I see promoter features in the app?
Promoter features are available on the web platform only at lanistr.com. The iOS app is built for fighters and coaches.
How does fight matching work?
Lanistr uses AI (GPT-4) and rule-based matching to suggest fighters for events based on weight class, record, experience, and availability. Matching is advisory only — all fights must be confirmed directly between parties.
