Why I Built Lanistr
“I’m Spencer Toogood. I help train fighters at Boonchu Muay Thai on the Gold Coast. Every week, I watched our head coach waste hours chasing fighters for medical certificates, trying to remember who’s available, juggling WhatsApp groups that never stop pinging.
As a fighter myself, I’ve lost track of my own medical docs, missed opportunities because messages got buried, and watched promoters struggle to create fair matches.
